- Monitoring and Expediting; Expediting, prioritization, dispatch process co-ordination.
- Regular monitoring of orders in coordination with respective Siemens Internal and external stake holders e.g. suppliers, freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Notify the customer in advance of the expected shipments.
- Participating in Customer Relationship Management related activities.
- Supporting the Digital Industries Order Management team in various adhoc activities.
