- BSc, BEng or equivalent withextensive relevant experience
- High Sourexperience is required
- Experience of Concept /FEED project phases
- Demonstrable balance ofindustrial experience at a relevant level andposition
- Minimum of 10 years relevantexperience in the oil and gas industry
- Minimumof 6 years proven capability in an EPCcompany
- Previous experience of site-basedproject work involving field engineering, construction,commissioning, operations, or maintenance would be anadvantage
- Experience of working withmulti-national and multi-cultural project teams is stronglypreferred
- Previous experience of working in theMiddle East would be an advantage
- Competent inknowledge of regulatory framework and associatedlegislation
- Competent in own discipline toprovide support to the business
- Demonstratecurrent knowledge with industry and technology development withindiscipline
- Demonstrate continual professionaldevelopment
