Solid experience with High-Risk Credit Card Subscription services. Ideally focused on subscription services.
Communicating with partner gateways/acquirers.
Monitoring high-risk merchant accounts.
Managing and improving merchant onboarding processes.
Managing and improving fraud mitigation processes.
Managing and improving compliance processes.
Taking the role of stakeholder / product owner in the development of new software solutions.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in one of the following roles:

Acquiring bank – Risk or Onboarding.
Gateway – Risk or Onboarding.
Sweeps subscription services – Head of Payments

Expert in the field of payment processingPre-existing relationship with one or more acquiring banksExperience in the role of a product owner/stakeholder in the software development process, developing software specifications with a software architect & project manager.

Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
Energetic and positive attitude.
Ability to quickly adapt to a fast changing, rapidly growing industry.
Fluent in English.
Experience with SWEEPS is a MUSTBased in or willing to move to Dubai.
