    This role presents a chance to lead sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic sales plans.

    • Accountability for achieving personal financial and non-financial performance objectives while working with leadership to ensure these goals are met.


    • The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Arabic and English along with excellent knowledge of the GCC market and government protocols.

    A strong analytical mindset coupled with the ability to travel frequently within GCC countries is required. Strong negotiation skills alongside the capacity to adapt in fast-paced multicultural environments make this an exciting opportunity.



    Sales Management Role Description:

    Selling Strategies & Growth Plans

    - Ensure thorough understanding of Anantara business strategy.
    - Effectively articulate positioning of Anantara brand across all channels.
    h3>GCC Market Knowledge - Develop awareness on local industry trends.
    h3Leading Teams- Act as leader of own team thereby directing your sales strategies accordingly using intelligence on competitors' products offerings rates new developments. This involves engaging current clients while establishing client contact base focusing information potential revenues from such accounts making it easier than before through smooth communication flow between each party concerned successfully leading up corporate meetings setting boundaries communicating assertively listening empathetically also support lower levels maintain accurate management status reporting associated action planning practice effective cost control adhere internal procedures expenditure effective liaison operational colleagues providing assistance delivering quality consistent product services continually monitoring accountancy base finding room improvement keeping good relations building client trust going additional miles deliver benefits value customers loyalty retention enhancing reputation improving stability raising company's profile thus helping out over time increase productivity efficiency many folds.
