We are urgently looking for a highly qualified
BIM Modeler for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting to join one of our Mega Projects in Dubai.


Immediate joiners required.


The BIM Modeler for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting is responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models using BIM software (such as Revit, AutoCAD,.) for building systems related to HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation and integration of these systems within the building design.


Responsibilities

Model Development: Develop precise 3D models of HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems based on project requirements, technical drawings, and specifications.

System Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the proper coordination and integration of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems within the overall building design.

Clash Detection and Resolution: Perform clash detection analyses to identify and resolve potential conflicts between different building systems. Provide solutions to ensure smooth installation and operation.

Documentation: Generate detailed documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports, based on BIM models to aid in construction, installation, and maintenance processes.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to support the successful implementation of building systems.

Software Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest BIM software and tools, enhancing efficiency and productivity in modeling and documentation processes.


Requirements:

Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Certification or specialized training in BIM software is advantageous.

Experience: Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) working as a BIM Modeler specifically focused on HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems in construction or engineering projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software like
Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices related to HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in building system designs.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and articulate technical information clearly.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, deadlines, and software advancements in the field of BIM modeling.
