Job Title:
Bar Manager (Spanish Speaking Only)

Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Program Management:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative beverage program.
  • Curate a diverse and appealing drink menu that aligns with customer preferences and seasonal trends.

Staff Supervision:


  • Lead and manage the bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant policies, including safety and hygiene standards.

Customer Service:


  • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests at the bar.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.

Inventory Control:


  • Oversee and manage bar inventory, including ordering and stock rotation.
  • Implement effective cost control measures to optimize profitability.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with the kitchen and frontofhouse teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Collaborate with the management team on promotional events and marketing initiatives.

Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
