This position will be the head of the department.

Position title can be (HR Generalist, HR Officer, and Head of HR Department)...· At least 3-4 years' overall experience.· At least 2 years' experience in the UAE.· Have recruitment background and have existing leads local & overseas manpower.· Must have knowledge in UAE Law, visa processing, labour contracts, etc.· Must have strong personality handling all staff· Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own.· Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting.· Can handle all areas of HR department.· Can implement procedures within HR department and related departments.
