Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

• Responsiblefor yearly, monthly, weekly and daily sales and volume &revenue forecast, considering market and businesstrends.
• Manage daily and weekly sales reportingfor the business, sharing performance against internal +forecast/expectation.
• Tracking forecastssubmitted/outstanding against deadlines forlaunches.
• Monthly consolidation of salesreports for S&OP prep
• Lead monthlyordering process for the respective business, prepare for DemandReview Cycle working closely with Global Planning team, SupplyChain & New Product Developmentteam.
• Collecting and consolidating newnessforecasts.
• Tracking product life cycle,forecasts submitted. Monthly refresh of assortmentupdates/discontinued products.
• Working closelywith team to pre-empt out-of-stock skus / back in stock ETAs on aweekly basis.
• Review and make recommendationson ad-hoc inventory requests (inter business & interwarehouse)
• Tracking, troubleshooting, andfollowing up on ERP Inventory issues and projects asneeded.
• Set promotion and sales recommendationplans according to stock levels andbudget
• Ensure that the marketing calendar ofactivations align with promos and inventorylevels
• Identify GWP and sampling options basedon inventory availability, budget, and set corresponding salesstrategy
• Develop and coordinate virtual bundleideas (SKUS, Pricing, sales mechanism,etc.)
• Manage Inventory related Order Issues,working closely with Warehouses and CustomerService

Requirements:

• Experienceand familiarity with retail mathematics and analyzing large datasets, blending data from a variety ofsources
• Strong excel skills and proven abilityto build reporting dashboards fromscratch
• Excellent attention todetail
• Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems,and Power BI preferred
• Team player willing towear many hats and thrives in a scrappyenvironment
• Availability to work acrossinternational internal and externalpartners
• CPG, beauty, fashion or lifestyleexperience preferred
