    Description

    We are hiring CNC Angle Punching, Marking and Shearing Line Operators for a reputed steel fabrication project in Europe. This position is suitable for highly skilled CNC operators with strong experience in handling angle line machinery and reading technical drawings.

    Job Title:

    CNC Angle Punching, Marking & Shearing Line Operator

    Working Hours:

    8 Hours per day

    Salary:
    • Monthly Salary: €650
    Candidate Profile:
    • Gender: Male (2 positions)
    • Age Limit: 25 to 45 years
    • Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years
    • Foreign Language Requirement: English (B1 level)
    Responsibilities:
    • Operate and monitor CNC angle line machines for punching, marking, and shearing steel angle profiles
    • Load raw angle profiles onto the machine and ensure proper alignment and clamping
    • Read and interpret technical drawings, production lists, and CNC programs
    • Set up punches, dies, tools, and shearing components as per job requirements
    • Perform punching of holes, marking of identification codes, and shearing to specified lengths with high precision
    • Inspect finished parts for measurements, tolerances, and quality standards
    • Adjust machine parameters to optimize performance and avoid defects
    • Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of the machine
    • Identify and report machine errors, tool wear, or mechanical issues to maintenance staff
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience operating CNC angle line machinery
    • Strong understanding of CNC programs and steel fabrication processes
    • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
    • Basic English communication skills (B1 level)
    • Physically fit to work in an industrial environment
