The Role
As our Sustainability Adviser, you will be instrumental in driving our net zero initiatives, contributing your expertise across a range of pioneering projects. This role is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of sustainable building.
The role is initially focused on delivering key green building certifications for both design and construction projects. It needs expertise in LEED, WELL, ESTIDAMA, and net zero projects and in time will develop to help deliver our core certitification consulting across our portfolio; including pur building performance modelling projects.
The role will be a mix of site based, remote work, and office work - with huge flexibility on location - with outcome and delivery prioritised.
Knowledge of building energy and hvac systems is a massive you have experience in IES modelling then you will have a strong application
Key Responsibilities
Steer and inspire sustainability practices across various projects, ensuring alignment with our ambitious net zero targets.
Manage our certification projects and be responsible for delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, infusing sustainable design principles from conceptualization to execution.
Advise on cutting-edge sustainable materials, energy solutions, and green building techniques.
Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in sustainability, positioning Elevation SBS as a leader in the field.

About You
A passion for sustainability and a drive to innovate in the field of green building.
Proven experience in sustainability consulting, with a focus on building and construction.
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
A collaborative spirit and the ability to lead by example.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or architecture, with relevant sustainability certifications.
Estidama PQP qualified, LEED AP BD+C qualified, willing to get more
experienced in building energy audits / Ashrae auditor qualified.
