Description

As a Catering Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering events, including client communication, menu planning, and logistics.

• Communicate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with chefs and other staff to develop customized menus and proposals.
• Prepare and distribute contracts, invoices, and other eventrelated documents.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment rental.
• Ensure that all catering events are executed to the highest standards of quality and customer service.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with venue staff to ensure event setup and breakdown are executed flawlessly.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Manage event budgets and ensure that expenses are within budgetary constraints.
• Conduct postevent followup and ensure client satisfaction.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a catering coordinator or related role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
