Description

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Handles onshore and offshore company formation matters in UAE and liaise with licensing authorities and other government and semi-government officials as necessary during licensing procedures; including but not limited to DED, ADDED, JAFZA, DMCC, DWC, etc.).


Handles company formation in Asia, Africa, Europe, etc., and coordinate with relevant agents, consultants and advisors during licensing procedures in compliance with local legal requirements.

Have knowledge of government policies, laws, regulations, processes, requirements, approvals and permits applicable to companies and their compliance;
Handles all kinds of administrative and legal changes to entities' structures with the related authorities


Provides administrative support to assigned team members, which include scheduling, meeting coordination, material preparation, data entry, processing expense reporting, and other general administrative tasks.


Prepares a variety of documents (e.g., correspondence, agendas, minutes, event programs, reports, etc.) to communicate information and/or create documentation in paper and/or electronic format.

Uploads all documents in the software folder and manages organization of the folder.

Maintains up-to-date records, which includes files, contacts list, and database entries.

Participates in event planning as required.

Minimum 5 Years' experience in the same position.


Minimum Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience:
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.

Advance training or education in administrative functions required.

Five (5) or more years of experience in administrative roles required.

Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Ability to problem-solve issues.

Must be honest, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.

Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
