Our team is hiring Construction Manager for one of Leading Construction Company based in Abu dhabi, UAE.

Over 15 years of extensive experience in the Oil & Gas and Onshore Construction industry.
Held manageriallevel positions in similar roles within EPC projects for 8 years.
Established positive working relationships and a robust network with stakeholders in the Middle East region's oil and gas industry.
Previous approval from ADNOC is advantageous.
Wellversed in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) requirements and regulations.

**Skills Required:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the added value of knowledge in Arabic.
Effective oratorical abilities, along with clear communication and presentation skills.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- *

Health, Safety & Environment:
Implement the Site HSE Plan to ensure work is conducted safely.
Enforce HSE Requirements for all onsite personnel, including subcontractors.
Conduct regular Safety Walks with subcontractors and clients.
Investigate, report, document, and follow up on corrective actions for HSE incidents.

**Construction Team Management:

Supervise engineering discipline supervisors.
Update the mobilization/demobilization plan for site supervision.
Validate initial issue and modifications of the mobilization/demobilization plan for vendor representatives.

Construction Progress:

Provide construction guidance, assistance, and advice to the jobsite team.
Ensure work is performed within the project schedule.
Revise the construction schedule if progress deviates from the scheduled timeline.
Ensure timely delivery of material and equipment to maintain sufficient work front.

**Quality:

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
Verify that inspections and tests are conducted regularly and documented correctly. Review nonconformity reports and field modification requests with field engineering. Reporting
Keep the Site Manager updated on progress and incidents.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Evaluate potential projects for MMEC Mannesmann Management, including preparing bid strategy assessments and monitoring progress and estimations.
Gather client feedback throughout project proposal and execution phases.
Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal crossfunctional teams to enhance activities.
