    JobDescription:

    As a BusinessDevelopment Manager you will be responsible for driving businessexpansion and fostering strategic partnerships within the GCCmarket for our oil and gas company. Leveraging your expertise andindustry knowledge you will identify new business opportunitiesnurture client relationships and contribute to the companys overallgrowth objectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. Developand implement comprehensive business development strategies topenetrate and expand our presence in the GCC oil and gasmarket.
    2. Identify potential clients assess theirneeds and cultivate strong relationships to generate new businessopportunities.
    3. Conduct market research andanalysis to identify emerging trends competitive threats andpotential areas for growth.
    4. Collaborate withinternal stakeholders including sales marketing and technical teamsto develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet clientrequirements.
    5. Lead the negotiation andexecution of contracts ensuring favorable terms and conditions forthe company.
    6. Track and analyze salesperformance market trends and competitor activities to identifyopportunities for optimization andimprovement.
    7. Represent the company at industryevents conferences and networking forums to enhance brandvisibility and build a strong professionalnetwork.
    8. Stay updated on industry regulationstechnological advancements and market dynamics to provide strategicinsights and recommendations.
    9. Prepare regularreports presentations and forecasts to communicate businessdevelopment progress and performance metrics to seniormanagement.
    10. Travel within the GCC region asneeded to meet with clients attend meetings and participate inbusiness developmentactivities.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimumof 4 years of experience in business development or sales roleswithin the oil and gas industry with a focus on the GCCmarket.
    • Proven track record of successfullyidentifying and closing business opportunities meeting salestargets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strongunderstanding of the GCC oil and gas market dynamics including keyplayers trends and regulatoryframeworks.
    • Excellent communication negotiationand interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to workindependently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite andCRMsoftware.
