Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients within the event industry, actively engaging in prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's capabilities and services, effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Close deals effectively and efficiently.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and enhance the company's competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of events and effective communication of client expectations.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 13 years of proven success in sales within the event industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the event industry, including current trends, key players, and client expectations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and proposals effectively.
Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
