    JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical experts identifying business problems and translating them into data product and solution requirements.
    • Transform overall strategy and market research insights into a clear vision and roadmap for the delivery of data solutions.
    • Develop and validate the roadmap ensuring that the developed solutions align with business objectives.
    • Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes including prioritizing product features and overseeing agile project delivery.
    • Take ownership of data products and solutions championing them to internal stakeholders and promoting their adoption within the organization.
    • Continuously validate the outputs of data products and solutions and maintain a high adoption rate among business teams.
    • Foster a growth mindset to enhance and improve data products and solutions over time.
    • Provide training on data products and solutions to relevant stakeholders across different levels within the organization from technical teams to Clevel executives.
    • Iterate and refine each product before release aiming for continuous improvement.
    • Develop and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms to assess product performance postlaunch and inform future investment decisions.
    • Lead the product functional design process leveraging an indepth understanding of user needs and technology capabilities.
    • Manage and prioritize items in the product backlog ensuring that development efforts align with strategic objectives.
    • Continuously enhance existing features to surpass industry benchmarks and deliver superior solutions.

    Related Years of Experience

    Minimum of 8 minimum years of experience in similar positions focused on developing data products / solutions with growth mindset

    Field of Experience

    Product owner / management preferably in the Property and Technology domain

    Technical and Interpersonal Skills

    • Experience in agile methodology delivery including Kanban / Scrum
    • Experience in prototyping and wireframing tools
    • Experience leading datacentered analyses (E.g. Analytics ML/AI)
    • Experience in successful product delivery with highadoption rate from end users
    • Experience translating strategy and market research into a clear vision and roadmap for solutions delivery
    • Experience facilitating working sessions between different groups of stakeholders
    • Basic understanding of data science and machine learning models and tech stack
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills leveraged to interface with business stakeholders and technical delivery resources
    • Relevant industry and application domain knowledge experience in Real Estate business is a plus

    Qualification

    • Bachelors degree in engineering or business management with technology focus
