Wanted Real Estate Team leader for expanding Real Estate Agency

The successful applicant should have the following characteristics and abilities:

  • To recruit and motivate a sales team within a Transparent environment of open communication.
  • Set clear goals and target for team.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee daytoday Team operations
  • Monitor team performance in accordance with predetermined criteria
  • Provide weekly report to management on team performance
  • Evaluate team members performance and identify training requirements
  • Provide coaching to team members
  • Obtain team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Referral to management of unresolved issues.
  • Recognize high performance and make recommendation to management to reward accomplishments.
  • Establish business opportunities with new and existing business customers.
  • Tracking, analyzing and understanding customer business and procurement needs.
  • Managing team sales cycle including customer profiling, account planning and lead generation.
  • Effective participation in negotiations with the clients, finalizing proposals
  • Working in conjunction with contracts department to formulate bespoke contracts for each client.
  • Managing Team to ensure closing of sales orders.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 48 months


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Experience:

Real Estate Abu Dhabi: 4 years (required)
