Key Accountabilities

• Leading a multidiscipline engineering team for major new build &conversion scope at yard.
• Sound knowledge ofpiping and equipment: basis of design equipment sizing andselection for pumps heat exchangers compressors engines evaporatorsvalves pressure/flow control devices.
• Specifyequipment data sheets and specifications vendor data reviewequipment manufacturing factory acceptance tests packageengineering.
• Mechanical design andcalculations of machinery spaces equipment supports materialhandling devices installation and maintenance methodologies.
• Knowledge of EIT integration engineering.
• Knowledge of structural engineering
• Experience with oil and gas and LNG systems.
• Technical review of quotations and liaisonwith chosen vendors.
• Act as projectengineering manager on conversion projects.
• Manage and supervise engineering subcontractors.
• Prepare engineering deliverables / manhourestimate /schedule for projects.
• Control andmonitor manhour consumption versus project achieved progress.
• Participate in design reviews and takenecessary follow up actions.
• Implementdaytoday operations assigned for the engineering department/sectionto ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
• Minutes of Meeting & Managementreporting.

Qualification/ Experience & Skills

• Master of Science degree in Related Engineering fieldfrom reputable universities.
• 1015 Years ofexperience in related fields including work in engineeringcompanies and EPC contractors
• Indepthknowledge of conversion engineering scope..
• In depth knowledge of materials / piping system designand construction.
• Knowledge of oil and gasprocess / LNG/cryogenic fluids/natural gas containment handlingliquefaction and regasification systems in line with latesttechnologies available in the industry.
• Wellversed with the rules and regulations of leading ClassificationSocieties IACS and SOLAS.
• Strong backgroundwith resolution of technical issues during project engineering andexecution phases.
• Project management& planning skills.
