    SCOPE OFROLE

    Client is anindependent global trading desk with a mission to bring thebenefits of technology in digital media to medium enterprises andother segments under served by traditional media agencies. We wantto do this in a simple and transparent way. We see our work asconnecting brands with consumers by leveraging data, technology andcreativity.

    As part ofour expansion initiative, we are looking for a Programmatic traderbased in India but managing campaigns for Singapore and other SouthEast Asian markets. The Programmatic Trading Manager position willreport to the head of operations inIndia.

    The keyadvantage will be exposure to not only the cutting edge work inprogrammatic space but also to different management aspects of agrowingbusiness.

    The idealcandidate possesses the ingredients of analytical curiosity,attention to detail, team focused mindset and thrives in a dynamicenvironment.

    Primaryduties &responsibilities

    ·Planning:Understanding the role of DSP in a campaign, setting the rightgoals, segmentation and targeting strategies and forecasting keydeliverables

    ·Operational:Campaign set up, following our trading desk processes (Briefingplatform, creative upload, strategies setup)

    ·Optimization:Campaigns metrics monitoring and optimizations toward our clientgoals (Branding, traffic,acquisitions),

    ·Operational:Fraud detection, ensuring brand safety andViewability.

    ·Reporting andanalytics: Updating the media planning team on campaign delivery,taking decision and makingrecommendations

    ·Derive learningfor continuous improvement during and after thecampaign.

    ·Follow up on newtechnology and offer in the market to maintain competitively amongotherplayers

    RequiredSkills & Experiencerequired

    ·Goodunderstanding of Digital ecosystem and performance marketingexperience

    ·Effective at juggling multiple, competing prioritiesand working in a fast-paced,

    Openenvironment

    ·Willingness towork collaboratively with teams in remotelocations

    ·Conceptualthinker with strong analyticalskills

    ·Attention todetail and adiscipline

    ·Experience ofrunning campaigns on a DSP like DBM, MediaMath, AppNexusetc

    Qualifications

    ·Bachelors orabove from an accredited university orcollege

    ·Demonstratedoutstanding academic achievement and proven track record ofperformance excellence both in and outside of theclassroom.

    ·Good spoken andwrittenEnglish

    ·2+ yearsdemonstrated success in digital trading desk, digital media or adnetwork
