Job Description:

The Analyst position is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or young professionals to gain substantive, hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of complex civil and criminal financial litigation.

Analysts immediately join case teams and closely collaborate with the firm's lawyers, enjoying levels of responsibility and client contact surpassing what other law firms offer.

Analysts also support knowledge management and global business development to drive the firm's practice and product innovation forward.

General duties include factual and financial analysis; legal and open-source research; preparation of court papers; document review and analysis; substantive factual drafting; overseeing case team workflow and project management; and attendance in court or client meetings under lawyer supervision.

Analysts work with lawyers and other professionals across all Kobre & Kim locations including, but not limited to, our offices in New York, Delaware, Miami, San Francisco, São Paulo, Washington DC, Hong Kong, Seoul, Shanghai, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, Dubai, London and Tel Aviv.

All Analysts have opportunities for advancement after their first year, including transitioning to management roles, exclusively focusing in practice areas and/or potentially transferring to other offices worldwide.

**Writing samples should be argumentative papers written for college courses and/or independent research papers. Full papers of 5-10 pages or excerpts from lengthier samples are acceptable.

• Each office operates either fully inoffice or in a hybrid schedule depending on the jurisdiction. For example, our Dubai office require employees be present in the office a minimum of 4 out of the 5 business days in a week. Office attendance requirements are determined by firm leadership and/or client business needs.
