Senior Electrical Designer Jobs In Dubai UAE | WoodFor More Top Organization Jobs Click HereWood is currently recruiting for aSenior Electrical Designerto work as part of their Engineering Group and will be reporting to Client's Lead Electrical Engineer for a nominal period of12 monthswith possible further extension

Responsibilities:

Responsible for design personnel, supervision, workload allocation and delivery in conjunction with Lead discipline EngineerEnsure, as far as reasonably practical, that assigned work is compliant to agreed budget and scheduleInput into project plans, progress updates for assigned scopesMaintain project scope/schedule change(s) in accordance with project change control processEnsure compliance to applicable standards, regulations, codes and proceduresMaintain effective communication with project management and inter discipline teamsResponsible for preparation, review and check of work, including assigned personnel, output and delivery (including remote working, e-checking/approval etc.)Maintain discipline / design document filing(including electronic) and update of design database(s)Provide support to assigned design personnel (including trainee mentoring and technical assistance)Maintain regular contact and dialog with Lead discipline Engineer, highlighting issues, concerns or areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Should be pragmatic, self-motivated and demonstrate initiativeAble to present and write technical reports in fluent EnglishExpected to take ownership of issues and follow them through to completionWillingness to interact directly with peopleGood presentation skills
