    Description

    The Operations CoordinatorWill

    • Support the Government Property SiteLeader (GPSM) in the Operation and Execution of Property Managementand reporting functions as applicable to the Repair &Overhaul requirements.
    • Support the function ofSky Harbor Repair & Overhaul functions as a CustomerService Representative in reporting and updating system informationwithin SAP and other various requirements for distribution,returns, verification & validations for accuracy andrequired reporting functions.
    • Communicate withall levels of supporting personnel regarding Customer ServiceSupport activities.
    • Work closely with a diversegroup of property professionals responsible for Honeywell capitalassets, US Government Property, and other Customer owned propertyas applicable to the Repair & Overhaulfunctions.
    • Support the GPSM and work with thecoordinator/custodian members, which is aligned bydepartment/functional areas, and enforce the process standard ofmanaging property at the userlevel.
    • Participate in the Property CoordinatorMeetings, GPSM Tier Meeting attendee and Cross Functional Groupssupporting Asset Tracking as PropertyCustodians.
    • Maintain, sustain and publishsystem reports as required.
    • Have anunderstanding or experience of the FAR 45 and requirements, government contracts, the ability to support siteaudits and effectively communicate with the GPSM in supporting theDCMA, DCAA, External Customers, and KBR Internal Compliance groupmember.
    • Adhere to Honeywell Aerospace PropertyManagement Plan.
    • Support site specificGovernment Property Standards and Monthly Assessment &Safety Reporting as required.
    • Participate atlocal site Daily Tier Accountability processmeetings.
    • Support the Team in Inventories andDispositions of Government/Customer Assets and Materials asrequired.
    • Ensure support in a productive workenvironment by adhering to departmental goals and objectives arecompleted in accordance with actual standards and within time andbudget constraints.
    • Participate in ContinuousImprovement Plans as part of the Employee Standard Workbehaviors.
    • Utilize established CustomerManagement Operating Systems (MOS) tools and Global AssetManagement (GAM) metrics to ensure operationalwellness.
    • Ensure compliance withHoneywell's Code of Conduct and Corporate/Functionalpolicies and procedures.
    • Support the long-termplanning process and develop strategic operating initiatives thatdrive continuous improvement and support organizational Goals andObjectives.

    Requirements

    • Two years of experience specific tooperational needs.
    • SAP (for recordreporting).
    • Strong PC skills especially withMicrosoft Office Applications including Word, Excel,PowerPoint.

    PreferredQualifications

    • Certified Professional PropertySpecialist (CPPS) or higher National Property ManagementAssociation (NPMA) Certification Preferred. Must be obtained within6 months of employment date.
    • Plant ClearanceAutomated Reutilization Screening (PCARSS) knowledge ispreferred.
