Senior Communication Specialist - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi Ports Group

Description

Core Responsibilities:

Provide high-level support to the Communications Director to create and maintain internal and external communication programmes to establish an ongoing channel of communications across the Group, stakeholders, media and community.

Implement stakeholder management strategies that deliver results across all AD Ports Group's divisions.

Create, review and verify all content, including, but not limited to, the website, newsletters, internal announcements, external announcements and leadership speeches and talking points.

Liaise with MARCOM functions consistently to support the delivery of high-quality marketing, branding, digital and events campaigns and initiatives.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective and timely delivery of services including communications strategies, plans, media activities, thought-leadership events and campaigns.

Build and maintain an up-to-date media database and communication tracker for effective media relations with local, regional and international media outlets.

Liaise with Cluster's communications functions to align on major announcements, communications plans and strategies.
Prepare reports that accurately reflect KPI performance, initiatives launched, announcements, interviews, as well as other communications activities, as required.
Stay abreast of the latest marketing communication tools and industry trends using the research tools and platforms available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
