    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic AI group as a Team Lead. The ideal candidate should possess 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence with a strong emphasis on optimizing models in C/C++. The candidate will be a key player in our team, responsible for leading and mentoring a group of talented AI professionals. This role involves working on cutting-edge technologies, including GGML, PyTorch, Hugging Face, scikit-learn, and classical machine learning techniques. The candidate should be well-versed in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Generation (NLG), Generative AI, Computer Vision, and have expertise in model training, inference, and development. We are also keen to have a person who understands classical ML. Not all problems need deep learning

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
    • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in AI development.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing AI teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying at the forefront of AI technology.

    Bonus Points:

    • Personal projects, GitRepos, especially on optimizing models.
    • High proficiency in C++
    • GGML, show us a project
    • Any other experience of optimizing models, C/C++ code, using opensource frameworks

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a team of AI professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with overall business objectives.

    2. Model Optimization:

    • Optimize AI models in C/C++ to ensure efficient and scalable performance.
    • Work closely with the team to implement and deploy optimized models for real-world applications.

    3. AI Frameworks and Libraries:

    • Extensive experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, and scikit-learn for developing and deploying AI models.
    • Familiarity with GGML and the ability to implement solutions using the framework. Enough proficiency to move things forward.

    4. Domain Expertise:

    • Proficient in NLP and NLG techniques, with a track record of successfully applying them to practical problems.
    • Solid understanding of Computer Vision principles and experience in implementing vision-based solutions.

    5. Full-stack AI Development:

    • Engage in end-to-end AI development, including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
    • Collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software infrastructure.

    6. Programming and Software Development:

    • Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++.
    • Proficient in software development best practices and design patterns.

    7. Cloud and Operating Systems:

    • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
    • Proficiency in working with Linux and Ubuntu environments.

    8. Continuous Learning and Innovation:

    • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning.
    • Drive innovation within the team and explore new approaches to problem-solving.
