Description

We are seeking to hire a " Customer Service Representative " for a leading logistics and shipping company in Dubai.


Key Responsibilities:

2- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about shipping schedules, rates, and regulations.

3- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are met, such as arranging shipments, tracking cargo, and resolving issues.

4- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
5- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer service and communicating these to management.
7- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the shipping and logistics industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Knowledge of shipping and logistics industry regulations and practices preferred.
