Description

1、Coordinate project resources, draw up various work plans for the project and promote project production according to the plan; Assist the production department, the management of the subcontracts, promote construction production and complete the project schedule target.

2、Coordinate the technical work of the project, assist and supervise the technical departments of the project to complete the technical preparation work quickly.

3、Assisting the project commercial department, bidding for suitable subcontractors according to the project contract conditions and drawing specification standards, and gate-keeping the contract content.

4、Docking with various government departments to coordinate and resolve the work.

5、Docking with the supervising owner, coordinating and dealing with project difficulties for the smooth progress of the project; at the same time, assisting the Ministry of Commerce in docking with the supervisor for progress payment settlement and possible claims.

6、Assist the project PD to complete the project construction production and economic indicators within the schedule plan, make rationalization suggestions on project management and complete the tasks set by the company.

7、Responsible for and supervise the project quality and safety work.

Job Requirement:

At least 20 years of working experience

- worked as project manager for more than 3 projects, including 5 star hotel project manager experience

Salary:
AED40, AED45,000.00 per month
