Executive Head Chef, New Opening, Destination Italian Restaurant, Dubai
Package up to AED 38,000 (USD 10,346) per month

- Looking after a destination Italian restaurant, bar and lounge
Things you will be doing as an Executive Chef
- You will work with the group Culinary Director to develop the menu.
- You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and managing the kitchen.
- Maintaining a profitable department, highquality products, and service levels
- Monitoring industry trends and maintaining competitive and profitable operations.
- Create, review, and refresh new product offerings through an innovative, passionate, handson approach.
- Selecting, training and developing personnel within the department
You will be a great fit if have:
- Experience as an Executive Head Chef within a destination Italian/Mediterranean restaurant
- Great knowledge of Italian Cuisine and Culture
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC market is a plus
- Strong Team leader skills
- Strong background in lifestyle/destination establishments.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, budgeting, and P&L
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
