Role Description

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage marketing, with a focus on brand management and digital marketing.

Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate and negotiate.

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a marketing team.

In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

Exceptional analytical, project management, and decision-making skills.


Key Responsibilities:


1.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual objectives.

Encourage collaboration and creativity within the team to drive innovative marketing strategies.


2.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Collaborate with senior management to align marketing efforts with the company's overall business objectives


3.

Budget Management:

Create, manage, and optimise marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various marketing initiatives.

Monitor spending and analyse ROI to enhance cost-effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns.


4.

Digital Marketing:

Leverage digital platforms to reach target audiences, enhance brand visibility, and drive online sales.


5.

Brand Management:

Protect and enhance the company's brand image and identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth and development.


6.

Campaign Development:

Conceptualise, plan, and execute marketing campaigns, considering market trends, customer preferences, and competition.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for future initiatives.


7.

Partnership and Collaboration:

Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing initiatives and collaborations.

Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality deliverables.
