Description

As a Reservation Agent in the tourism industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers.

You will be responsible for assisting travelers in booking accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.

Travel DMC experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management:

Take and process reservations for hotels, airlines, rental cars, tours, and other travel services using reservation software or systems.

Ensure accuracy in booking details, including travel dates, preferences, and special requests.

Sales and Upselling:

Offer additional services, upgrades, or promotions to customers to enhance their travel experience.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective communication and sales techniques.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate and organized records of reservations, customer interactions, and transactions.

Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to meet customer needs.

Knowledge of Destinations:

Stay informed about various travel destinations, accommodations, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education in tourism or hospitality is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in reservation software or computer systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-stress environment.

Knowledge of geography and tourist destinations.

Multilingual skills can be an advantage, especially in locations with diverse clientele.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
