- Ensure acurate and timely sales planning.
- Provide and monitor utilization of production allocations.
- Support GDs steering with regards to sales and production planning.
- Support GDs in Production Ordering and Logistics topics (escalations to HQ).
- Provide required transparency on planning and prodction topics to the management.
- Passenger Cars Forecast MBCME
- Prepare, coordinate and aggregate the monthly planning/forecasting process with the GDs (PCF-Process)
- Coordination with the Market Managers on GDs plan and corresponding production allocations.
- Manage all allocation topics for MBCME GDs within the GO-system and ensure production adjustments are done in a timely manner.
- Monitor the booking situation across the GDs and ensure timely provision in case of any escalations.
- Support during MBCME GDs production allocation booking process with involvement of HQ order management team.
- Ensure timely and accurate planning per typeclass and seasonality.
- Responsible for the monthly KUFRI Expectations analysis and submission on DRIFT
- Align with MBGD management and OS team on planning topics (Prepare meetings, ensure relevant decisions).
- Reporting, Analysis and Steering
- Manage the Pipeline report enhancement and updates (Including factory stocks, shipments, landed stocks, mix, etc.)
- Monitor the blocks situation and proceed with the required according to the block type.
- Monitor other factors relevant for accurate and reliable planning.
- Timely provision and preparation of adhoc management reports
- Support involved teams (eg. FC, Sales Spoke, Reporting) with relevant planning information.
- Maintain the Master data for PCF planning on SOS according to shipment lead time, ISP factors for requirements, group sales and stock.
- Responsible for GDs on boarding training for MBGD
- Coordinate and communicate across MBGD and LATAM the deployed enhancements.
- Understand and contribute to the enhancement of SOS-PCF according to the requirements, ensuring proper communication.
- Part of the first support level for the GDs for any identified issues.
- Support in MBCME Market Alignment Discussions (MAD) process for Planning related topics.
- Prepare and simulate the monthly target setting process and possible quarterly and yearly achievement for MBGD.
- Prepare and discuss the yearly production allocations and Group Sales simulation for MBCME GDs
- Asses the achievement of applicable KPIs according to the variable margin requirements.
- Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar, in combination with extensive automotive retail experience
- Familiar with current Sales/Lead Management systems at retail level
- Familiar with MBC product management and pricing processes
- Automotive retail experience provides the ability to coach and steer dealers
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, mainly database including profound excel skills
- Strong negotiation/presentation skills required for interactions at all levels
- Analytical approach
- English is a must
- Arabic, German is a plus
