We are now looking for an ICT Administrator to support for end-users and coordinate with IT senior staff team members.


Reports To
The
ICT Administrator reports** to the Department Manager, Administration.

Responsibilities and Duties
The Role and Responsibilities includes but are not limited to the following:

  • Implementing all ICT policies and procedures, including those for security, disaster recovery, purchasing, and service provision. Be familiar with company values, goals, and IMS standards.
  • Responsible for monitoring and oversight of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Supervise and provide enduser services, including help desk and technical support services.
  • Implement Quality & HSE Procedures and best practices including providing guidance to the endusers.
  • Administer, manage, and maintain the company's Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Provide second level support to incidents and ensure timely closure of incidents with SLA compliance.
  • Work closely with L2 team in Managing the Network, VMWare and Hyper‐V Infrastructure.
  • Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software for end users (Design Engineers) to meet company objectives.
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control.
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
  • Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures.
  • Complete System Installations and Upgrades.
  • Protecting endusers from cyberattacks and threats on their PC and data.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and followup of all incidents/ service requests.
  • Work closely with the ICT team members and ICT vendors for adhoc projects/issues.
  • Maintain and track ICT Inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Follow best available practices in ICT administration and system security.
  • Provide ICT training and skills transfer to the office enduser.
  • Provide ICT reports to the ICT team in Finland.
  • Maintain good customer services approach to meet internal stakeholder expectations and needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
  • At least 35 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, hardware, and networking.
  • Reporting, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Professional qualification, such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA CySA +, Window Servers or Windows Client certification or other networkrelated fields is a plus.
  • Working experience with reputed Engineering Consultant(s) is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • Team player, smartworker, problem solver and a cando attitude
  • Fluent in English language, Arabic speaking added value.
