- Setting up new users and giving them access to the intranet;
- Monitoring the performance of the entire IT infrastructure and resolving failures;
- Building a unified internal network (Ecosystem) between company offices;
- Selecting optimal mobile communication plans for company employees, collaborating with local mobile operators (DU, Etisalat);
- Administration of network equipment;
- Operating the firewall for the organization;
- Ensure high security standards when building and administering an internal network (Ecosystem)
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role in UAE;
- In-depth knowledge of system and network administration;
- Experience in various operating systems and platforms (Windows, Linux, Unix);
- Established communications with local companies providing mobile communication services (DU, Etisalat) are a strong plus;
- Experience in firewall administration and using of different security protocols is a must;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
