Being a close creative partner to the Creative Director, he/she will be a core part of the development and design of the talabat brand.
Job Responsibilities:
Works closely in collaboration with the Creative Director and broader brand team.
Produces art layouts by developing high-level brand and design concepts.
Manages, directs art and design. Reviews and gives feedback – drives the creative vision through copy and design. Ensures designers have the knowledge and tools they need.
Trains, assigns, schedules, and coaches designers.
Meets brand creative department's work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and stakeholder service standards.
Proactively resolves operational challenges and identifies work process improvements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in art, fine arts or design5 years + of experience as an art director or creative director3 years within an agency or tech environment preferredMeets brand creative department's cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.
