About the job

We are seeking an experienced VP of Operations to oversee and optimize our business processes and procedures for our fast-growing lead conversion platform in Dubai.

As the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing strategies to improve the overall performance of the business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Manage and optimize business processes and procedures
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and solve operational issues
Analyze data and provide insights to the executive team
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
10+ years of experience in operations roles, preferably in the technology industry
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus

Salary:
AED 35,000 per month

Start date:
March 1, 2023
