• Oversee all reservations, paymentand tracking procedures, established for the pool, beach andrecreation facilities as required
• Create a warmwelcome and a friendly atmosphere
• Issue andretrieve locker keys and towels before and afteruse
• Promote all classes, activities andservices that are offered within the club
• Postcharges in micros that may incurred by guests and members and carryout correct accounting procedures
• Assist theFitness Instructor in ensuring that all members and guests followsafety procedures, rules andregulations
• Periodically check on thecleanliness and order of the lockerfacilities
• Ensure all the reception area istidy and clean and that all materials e.g. towels, newspapers,magazines and advertising material is readilyavailable
• Encourage sales through full productand price knowledge of offered and available facilities
  

Skills

Education,Qualifications &Experiences

You should ideallyhave a diploma / degree in hospitality with previous workexperiences within a hotel. Good written and verbal Englishcommunication skills and strong interpersonal abilities areessentials. Computer skills are anadvantage.
