Job summary
Prepare customer quotations; apply pricing/approval rules; coordinate with technical/operations; convert to Sales Order/Invoice upon confirmation/PO. Monitor customer portals; compile price comparison; prepare unified quote; secure internal approvals; submit compliant bids on time; track addenda/clarifications. Issue RFQs; evaluate and negotiate offers; recommend supplier selection; create/send POs after approvals; obtain order acknowledgments and track ETAs. Prepare packing lists, commercial invoices, and delivery notes; arrange freight/insurance; coordinate customs/clearance; track shipments end-to-end; collect proof of delivery. Maintain accurate records and dashboards in Zoho per company process/Blueprint. Maintain lead data and coordinate follow-ups with sales to drive conversion. Monitor stock levels and expiry dates; reserve/allocate stock; reconcile receipts; record serial/batch details.
