RequiredQualifications

• Demonstrated experience (10 yearsminimum) as a project manager with responsibility for successfulconcurrent execution and delivery on a portfolio of relatedprojects
• Must have an Active TOP SECRETSecurity Clearance
• Demonstrated success indeveloping and executing a comprehensive businessplan
• Demonstrated ability to establish andmaintain trusted client relationships
• A trackrecord of pursuing and capturing new projectwork
• A demonstrated ability to successfullyexecute technology development projects (hardware, software,prototypes, products &systems)
• Knowledge of U.S. Governmentcontracting and federal acquisition regulations, and success inoperating as a project manager within thisenvironment
• A demonstrated ability to not onlydirect, but lead, a highly talented, multi-disciplinaryteam
• Successful completion of an academicdegree program in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, orPhysics
• Ability to work with standard businessmanagement tools and financial systems, MS Office, projectmanagement software
• Ability to workindependently and in a team environment
• Strongoral and written communication skills
  

DesiredQualifications

• Knowledge of remote sensingtechnologies including active and passive sensor systems whichoperate in EO/IR and RF regimes
• PMP or PgMPCertification
• Master's degree inBusiness Administration
