Black &Grey HR is recruiting for a diversified group of companies in theMiddle East.

Our client is actively seeking to fillthe position of Operations Manager tasked with overseeing theexecution of waste management operational activities.

This roleencompasses various responsibilities including sweeping wastecollection cleaning services special urban cleaning interventionsand other contractualobligations.


KeyResponsibilities:

Oversee theentirety of waste management operations ensuring the delivery ofcleaning and waste collection services aligns with projectrequirements and clientexpectations.

Supervise andmanage regular reporting and internal communication to upholdservice quality and foster effective stakeholderengagement.

Cultivate a positiverelationship with the client striving for both client and publicsatisfaction regarding the Waste Management services provided bythe company.

Ensure strictcompliance with local and federal laws as well as adherence tocompany policies and procedures.
Design efficient methods for work activities particularly in WasteCollection functions to enhance overall operational efficiency andeffectiveness.
Review routes andcollection processes regularly identifying areas for improvementand incorporating necessary adjustments into daily or weeklyschedules.
Investigate delays inthe execution of the operation plan and penalties recommendingcorrective actions as needed.
Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions assigned tostaff from audits incidents and HSEreviews.
Proactively raiseresource requests (manpower vehicles tools etc.) to addressshortages in operationalresources.
Focus on continualoptimization of service quality and the ongoing development of theoperational teams skills by identifying trainingneeds.

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in any discipline; Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10years of experience in waste managementprojects.
Waste managementspecialist with experience in managing operations under similarservice contracts.
Previousexperience in delivering waste collection contracts in the GCCregion is required.
Bilingualproficiency in English andArabic.
International recognitionof Waste Management certifications isadvantageous.
Certificate inOperations Management is a plus.
Knowledge of waste managementoperations.
Familiarity withinternational waste management and recycling practices andconcepts.
Understanding of FleetMaintenance and Management.
Planning and Budgetingknowledge.
