ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Represents and promotes full portfolio of Medical Assistance business verticals by interacting with established Hospitals and developing new prospects in the region.
Meeting Consultants, Hospital Administrators, ICU doctors, Nurses and any other individuals who are decision makers in the sales process.
Understand and comply with network agreements between Insurance Companies and Hospital
Coordinating with hospital for medical reports and queries from Insurance Companies.
Liaise with patients
To attend the patient side request / Talk to the hospital & find theDiagnose with the Consultant.
To send the Pre
Authorization form to the concern insurancecompany.
Explain the Admission & Discharge procedure to the patient &attenders also.
All data's and activities should be computerized.
To prepare the claim bill as per company /Insurance terms (scannedsupporting documents to be attached).
To send a mail to concern insurance departments about the patientAdmission, Approval, Enhancement procedure, Discharge, Paymentand cancellation process.
Evaluate Insurance Treatment Facilitation
Medical Tourism Treatment Facilitation
Hospital Network Building
Processing claims for medical services, including interviewing patients to obtain medical histories and reviewing medical records for accuracy
Helping customers understand their insurance policies by answering questions about coverage, exclusions, and other details.
Meeting with clients to discuss their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.

Daily reports must be submitted to the reporting manager.

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
