Under the direct supervision of Floor supervisor, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible of cleaning a certain number of rooms as per hotel policy maintaining the established standards of cleanliness in rooms according to standards set by the hotel, orderliness and attractive condition of floors, lift landings, corridors and pantries.
Responsibilities:
- Check the daily Room Occupancy Forecast, Room Report on room and guest occupancies.
- Know the Room situation for the day, especially if the hotel is full so that you can execute or delay certain tasks like Deep Cleaning scheduled for the day.
- Pay attention to the expected departure times of guests so that you can plan and organize room availability for new checkins.
- Pay attention to the expected arrival times of guests so that you can plan and organize the section before checkin.
- Make sure your trolley is fully stocked with guest supplies, linen, towels, cleaning supplies, printing and stationary. Also trolley should be spotless
- Make sure the pantry is fully stocked of linen and supplies. If there is too much dirty linen on floor, inform laundry.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel.
- At least 1 year experience at same level.
- Proficient in English Language
