    Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEDescription:He/she is an ambassador of excellence in Service, supervising the after-sales services in the boutique: CS team, Client Experience, New project & services, CS KPIs and clients' complaint.

    The supervisor must demonstrate a high level of experience and practical application of the Brand policies and procedures. He/she always adopt a solution-oriented mindset to overcome challenges.
    He/she is responsible for supervising the CS practices to ensure the satisfaction and client loyalty.
