We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team.

The Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fitness facility, including staff management, program development, member engagement, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of fitness trainers and instructors, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our members.
Develop and implement comprehensive fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of our diverse clientele.
Conduct regular assessments of staff performance and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all fitness equipment and facilities.
Actively engage with members to understand their fitness goals, address any concerns, and promote our services and programs.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in fitness and wellness.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the fitness industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise techniques, and program design.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
