  • Educational Attainment
  • Any Graduation, we accept High School Graduate / Diploma holder with more than 3 years of experience.
  • With Insurance / Banking / Financial industry is preferable

Responsibilities/Job Scope

Skills Required:


  • Use effective telephone communication.
  • Very well self-organizer
  • Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone.
  • Handles customer's complaints toward solving them.

Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (required)
