    • Supports one or a group of managers,including calendar/diary management,etc.
    • Broadening knowledge of own technicaldiscipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roleswith specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiringhigher level knowledge and skills.
    • Basicunderstanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding toaccomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own teamintegrates with other teams and contributes to thearea.
    • May have some autonomy to make decisionswithin a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations thatrequire good technical knowledge and judgment within establishedprocedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside ofdefinedinstructions/parameters.
