- Provide direction/information tofacilities staff and service providers as required to ensureexcellent coordination/execution of work within client environmentwith minimal disruption
- Coordination andscheduling of maintenance activities; ensure appropriate follow upwith customers
- Manage vendor performance duringnormal and off hours, including weekends whennecessary
- Provide overall facility services inaccordance with account standard processes and procedures,including application of policies and programs and coordination ofinformation
- Manage, coordinate, and exercisefunctional responsibility for Facility Management services withinassigned facilities and geography; ensure all reactive, corrective,and recurring service requests are performed timely andsatisfactorily; ensure suppliers manage work requests from issuanceto completion and invoicing
