Description

• Conduct regular inspections,maintenance, and repairs on various types of ground supportequipment, including but not limited to baggage carts, cargoloaders, aircraft tugs, and fueltrucks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical,hydraulic, and electrical issues on GSEequipment.
• Perform preventive maintenancetasks, including lubrication, filter replacement, and calibration,to ensure optimal performance and longevity ofequipment.
• Maintain accurate records ofmaintenance and repair activities, including work orders,inspection reports, and partsinventory.
• Collaborate with other techniciansand team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenanceoperations.
• Adhere to safety protocols andguidelines to ensure a safe workingenvironment.
• Stay up-to-date with industrytrends, technological advancements, and best practices in GSEmaintenance and repair.
  

Qualifications&Experience

To beconsidered for the role, you must meet the belowrequirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;technical or vocational training in mechanical or automotiveengineering is preferred.
• Proven experience asa GSE Mechanical Technician or a similar role, with a strongunderstanding of mechanical systems andcomponents.
• Proficiency in diagnosing andtroubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electricalissues.
• Familiarity with various tools,equipment, and techniques used in GSE maintenance andrepair.
• Ability to read and interpret technicalmanuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strongattention to detail and problem-solvingskills.
• Excellent communication and teamworkabilities.
