Job Location:
Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well established events management and marketing agency in the region

Job Description:

Understand requirements for each event/exhibitions and plan it with attention to financial and time constraints Research and manage suppliers (catering, decorators, musicians/entertainers, branding, production, AV, etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.) Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards Manage client requirements and ensure quality assurance and client satisfaction
