    Description

    1. TranscriptIssuance:

    Issue academicofficial/unofficial transcripts for AUS alumni, inactive/enrolledstudents, and AUS departments/offices. Provide transcripts forvisiting students requested by the International Exchange Office.Upload transcripts to digital portals like World Education ServicesQuatrix platform. Email transcripts to educational institutions.Prepare packages for international and local transcript shipments.Issue unofficial transcripts for students on probation andacademically dismissed, sending them to the Director of AcademicSupport Center.

    2. Grade ExclusionProcessing:
    Evaluate and process gradeexclusion requests. Check student eligibility, enter changes toBanner, calculate CGPA and update academicstanding.

    3. Sponsored StudentsReporting:
    Independently produce reportsfor sponsored and non-sponsored students for Omani Culture Attache,Saudi Culture Attache, Kuwait Consulate and Bahrain Embassy.Coordinate with the Office of Enrollment Management/SponsorshipLiaison Officer. Conduct degree audits and compile studentdata.

    4. Reports for AUSDepartments/Offices:

    Prepareand manage reports requested by AUS departments, such asreactivated students and those not registered in the currentsemester.

    5. WithdrawalProcesses:

    Review and processcomplete and semester withdrawal requests. Handle no-show cases andprocess course withdrawal requests. Deactivate students notregistered in the currentsemester.

    6. ReactivationRequests:
    Evaluate and processreactivation requests for students who interrupted their studies.Assist reactivated students in clearing holds and provideregistration guidelines.

    7.Academic Integrity Cases:
    Handle andmaintain records of suspension and dismissal cases. Review andprocess reinstatement of suspended students. Coordinate withschools/colleges on absence or withdrawal notifications due tohealth conditions.

    8.Correspondence and AdministrativeSupport:

    Correspond withbackground screening agencies for educational verifications. Assistwith degree audits and manage the commencement ceremony and HonorsConvocation. Maintain tracking systems for documents andtranscripts, regularly back up digital files. Monitor, revise, andmodify instructional emails for various service requests.Coordinate package shipments with AUS Post Office and assist inissuing attestationcertificates.

    9. AdministrativeSupport and Compliance:
    Assist in issuingofficial letters for various purposes. Comply with updated policiesand regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education. Evaluate andprocess P/NP grading mode change requests during the COVID-19pandemic. Monitor student departures without informing the Officeof Registrar and update academicstatuses.

    10. Customer Service andSupervision:
    Respond to inquiriesregarding various processes and services. Supervise the employmentof students and provide training. Correct, proofread, and fileincoming documents. Maintain current knowledge of AUS academicpolicies, procedures and college curriculum. Participate inexhibitions and school visits. Assist the Registrar withadministrative functions to ensure efficient departmentperformance.

    11. Perform other duties as assignedby the Registrar.
