Overview: The role of a ToolsEnterprise Architect Product Roadmap Manager and AutomationStrategist is a unique and dynamic position that combines expertisein enterprise architecture strategic planning and automation todrive technological innovation and operational efficiency withinthe organization. This multifaceted role is pivotal in shaping thetechnology landscape enhancing productivity and optimizing businessprocesses. As an Enterprise Architectspecializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) IT OperationsManagement (ITOM) IT Asset Management (ITAM) Identity and AccessManagement (IAM) Data Platform AI and User Experience you will playa central role in defining planning and overseeing the technologylandscape for these critical domains within the organization. Yourcomprehensive understanding of these areas and your ability toalign technology solutions with business objectives will beinstrumental in optimizing efficiency enhancing user experience andensuring security and compliance.

Responsibilities: Enterprise ToolsArchitecture:

• Designand maintain architectural blueprints for a wide range of tools andtechnology solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Identify evaluate and select the appropriate tools andtechnologies that align with the longterm IT strategy.
• Oversee the integration of various tools systems andplatforms ensuring seamless data flow andinteroperability.
• Architect scalablesolutions that can accommodate the organizations growth whileoptimizing performance and resource utilization.
• Develop and enforce security measures and compliancestandards to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatoryadherence.

ProductRoadmap Development:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and documentproduct requirements and strategic goals.
• Create a product roadmap that aligns with the organizationsbusiness objectives and technology capabilities.
• Prioritize features enhancements and releases tomaximize the products value and market competitiveness.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure thesuccess of product releases and milestones.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful productdevelopment and delivery.

Automation Strategy:

• Develop and implement an automation strategy thatstreamlines processes reduces manual tasks and enhances operationalefficiency.
• Design and develop automatedscripts workflows and tools to perform repetitive tasks includingtesting data processing system monitoring and reporting.
• Integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline to enableefficient software delivery and updates.
• Implement realtime monitoring and maintenance automation to ensuresystem stability and reliability.
• Continuously optimize and improve existing automationprocesses.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Maintain detailed documentation of architectural designsproduct roadmaps automation workflows scripts andconfigurations.
• Ensure that automationprocesses comply with security standards and regulatoryrequirements implementing necessary security measures.

Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships withtechnology vendors and thirdparty service providers to sourcenecessary tools and technologies aligning with the architecture andautomation strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in ComputerScience Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tools Enterprise ArchitectProduct Roadmap Manager and Automation Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of various tools frameworks andtechnologies relevant to enterprise IT software product developmentand automation.
• Proficiency in programminglanguages and automation tools.
• Familiaritywith Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent problemsolving communication and collaborationskills.
• Project managementexperience.
• Certification in relevanttechnologies or architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) is aplus.
