    Qualifications:
    Create new ideas for improving existing procedures and implementing cutting-edge initiatives.
    Assure the economic viability of the company and maintain its track record of rigorous, lean financial management.

    Assess the organization's structure, operations, policies, personnel, business model, and financing needs in the aftermath of strategic planning and make necessary improvements.

    Strengthen and creatively utilize the organization's use of technology in all facets of its work.

    Assure exemplary stewardship and adhere to very high standards in order to protect the organization's operations and the public confidence.

    You are responsible for ensuring that the association's controls, financial and operational performance are being rigorously reviewed on a regular basis (i.e., capital requirements, asset quality requirements, management and staff effectiveness, earnings requirements and liquidity requirements).Assist in the creation and execution of the local operational policies and procedures and management systems, controls and standards required to successfully carry out the association's goals.

    Ensure team members flourish and that corporate objectives are reached by monitoring employee productivity and creating a highly inclusive culture.

    Cohere with our cooperative principles in managing financial results, ensuring that the company's strategy is sound and maximizes shareholder value.

    As part of encouraging communication, it's important to make sure that everyone who interacts with the organization knows what it stands for and what it wants to achieve (all levels of employees, customers, the board, Farm Credit Administration, funding bank and communities, etc.).Extensive knowledge of operating budgets and financial statements as a managerial tool.

    Provide leadership that encourages a diverse and competent workforce by serving as an example of an approachable, approachable, and supportive leader.
